Working with Query Notifications

Query Notifications is a feature of Service Broker which allows you to sync Data Grids, Lists, List Boxes, etc. when changes occur to the base tables the Data Grid, Lists, or List Boxes are bound to typically within 1 second with minimal overhead on the base table itself.

Their best fit is when the base tables do not occur frequently.
